Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WhatsApp API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our API service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content without recipient consent.
- Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harassing activities.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the system.
- Share your API keys with unauthorized third parties.
- Send content that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
- Resell or redistribute the API service without written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform.
Warning: Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Packages & Subscriptions
- Packages are billed as one-time purchases with a defined validity period.
- Each package includes specific limits for devices and messages.
- Unused messages or device slots do not carry over after expiry.
- Package upgrades are available; downgrades require a new purchase.
- We reserve the right to modify package pricing with prior notice.
Payments & Billing
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance after verification.
- We do not store credit card or bank details on our servers.
- Failed or disputed payments may result in service suspension.
Rate Limits & Fair Usage
- Default rate limits are set by the administrator to prevent WhatsApp bans.
- Users may request higher limits from their settings panel.
- Messages exceeding the limit are queued and auto-sent when the window resets.
- We are not responsible for WhatsApp bans resulting from excessive messaging.
API Keys & Security
- API keys are unique to your account and must be kept confidential.
- You must immediately revoke compromised API keys.
- We are not liable for unauthorized use of your API keys.
- API access may be revoked if suspicious activity is detected.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, however:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
- Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or WhatsApp itself.
- Service may be interrupted for security updates or emergency maintenance.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service.
- You engage in abusive or illegal activity.
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period.
- You fail to pay for services rendered.
Limitation of Liability
WhatsApp API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to WhatsApp account bans, message delivery failures, or data loss.
